Rising Star in Car Scandal

Seen on the back streets of Swinton recently. This Norwegian star with connections to the Swinton area was seen driving dangerously with her baby beside her on the front seat.

Caught by the paperazzi she tried to cover her face but she was clearly caught on film. She then tried to reverse away from the camera lens narrowly missing a smaill horse standing nearby.

The girls agents could not be reached for comment at time of press.

Whistler Feb 2008

Took a weekend trip up to Whistler a few weekends ago for some skiing. Yuris and Cindy came along. Juris is a fantastic skiier and a very good instructor. He had Cin and me carving out some nice turns by the end of the morning. It was a beautiful day with no wind and blue skies. Plus a fresh layer of 12 cm ne w snow. Lovely and soft!

Giddy Up!

Cindy took me out to the stables in South Vancouver where she is curently working partime as a riding coach. We took a couple of the horses out for a trail ride. So all those afternoons pony trekking on the Lleyn Penninsula weren't wasted Mum!




I had to get my horse ,Oscar , ready on my own! So frst i had to fetch him from the paddock and take off his coat,brush him and comb his hair. Cindy helped me put on the saddle and then I helped her get her horse Abby set too.
Cindy was VERY impressed on my posture in the saddle and that I knew how to hold the reins properly . I remembered a lot it seemed. Its an English equestrian school...so all very proper . None of that Western rubbish. :)
We went out on the trails . Oscar was a bit of a slow poke he doesnt have a nice easy walk so Cindy kept having to turn her horse around so we could keep up. I could get him into a trot no problem so we caught up that way too. It was nice to be sort of your own boss and go where we wanted . I could get hooked on this !

Cindy moved again (possibly for the 100th time!!) just after Xmas and actaully lives really close to the stables so we stopped in on our way so I could take a photo of her on the driveway.

Introducing Maude

My friends Norma and Michael bought a cute little French Bulldog puppy a couple of weekends ago. They were casting about for a name. They decided that they liked Maud Marie Tjortenland Conibears name SOOO much that they would call their dog Maude!!!

I helped bring her home as they don't have a car. We were all worried how Norma's 2 cats(fatty and skinny- i know i don't know which one is skinny either but thats a whole other story) would react to the new addition and as you can see from the first sight they 'had their back s up' hahaha

Things have settled down since then and they have all been known to lounge in the same bed on Sunday mornings!

Christmas!

'bout time I posted the Xmas pics... had my friends Jhonny, Nadia,Juris and Ash over for Xmas dinner ...well actually they all arrived at 10 and we had Chamagne breakfast with smoked salmon,bagels and cream cheese. Delish. The we opened pressies . Then we cooked the dinner. I think a good time wsas had by all.

Over Xmas my upstairs neighbours ,Rob and David , asked me to look after their cat Kenny while they went on holiday. I LOVE their apartment ..its one of the 2 penthouses on the roof. It has a fab patio with great views over English Bay. I wish they would adopt me so i can live there too.



This must be the ONLY pink oven on the planet !

Dinner at Darrens

Went for dinner to Uncle Darrens last weekend. Packed Minka's pajamas and had a sleep over. She is quite used to Mavis now . They can even sit on the same sofa!
