....the rain went away...... but now we have SNOW!

Saturday afternoon it began to snow . It wasn't stickingat first ..but it snowed all night and witha slight drop in tempurature by morning we had an impressive blanket of snow! A drive up the mountains was in order to really see the snow properly. So my little blue car took to the snowy streets and up to Cypress Mountain.

Rain Rain Go Away.....

Haven't blogged for a while . Ive been too busy building my Ark ! We have had A LOT of rain this week! On Wednesday Vancouver got about 10-15 mm rain per hour for 15 hours!!!!!!

There is currently a boil water advisory in place ... which could be in effect for a few weeks !!!!!!!!! UG!

UG.........!

After 3 weeks lovely holiday followed by 12 hours of travelling this is the state my apartment was in when I got back. I had the painters in while I was away which seemed like a good plan at the time. But when all you want to do is have a cup of tea and fall into a nice fresh bed this was not the ideal situation. Everything except my clothes is in the pile ....... hmmmmmmm going to take a while to sort this out.
The paintjob is fresh though .... all nice and bright so watch this space for the tidy version!
